I-Zack Co., Ltd., led by representative director Takashi Shimizu, is a CAD and die-making DX company in Tennoji, Osaka. We develop and install Katanavi, and we help plants introduce lasers and other equipment.
Services
Beginner CAD, a free web app for learning CAD 🔗
A free web app for students and anyone learning CAD for the first time.
- Arrow keys and numbers: After the start point, arrow keys and a number set the length. Your hand stays off the mouse while you type.
- Operation Assist: On-screen guidance shows the next step, so beginners can keep learning.
- Built with generative AI: Shop-floor experience and generative AI are combined to make a system students can use.
Dieline Template 🔗
A free web app that draws corrugated and folding-carton dielines from a style and dimensions. The numbers are a guide for learning and prototypes.
- Choose a corrugated style from a picture: RSC (FEFCO 0201, JIS Z 1507), RSC (B), and style 0203. Board is suggested from inside size, or from the product size and weight.
- Folding cartons: Straight tuck, crash-lock, snap-lock, N-style, lunch box, and gift lid and base, from width, depth, and height.
- Pass it to Beginner CAD: Save the cut and crease dieline as SVG and .mkb. The handoff stays in the browser.
Katanavi, process navigation for die-making 🔗
Our own system for the die-making sequence: order, CAD, rule processing, rubbering, and shipping.
- Share the craft: Experienced know-how is shown on screen, so the work does not stay with one person.
- Fewer mistakes: Specs and caution notes stay on screen, which cuts rework.
- Live progress and backups: Eleven steps are visible, and the database is backed up every month.
Advice on die-making equipment and automation
From years of automating die-making floors, we find the bottleneck and stay with you from machine selection through startup.
Die-making CAD
Laser cutter
Automatic rule processor
Rubber-making system
Die-board machine
Plotter
Custom workflow systems and DX support
Web systems and efficiency consulting fitted to a manufacturer's own work.
Support for Japan's IT introduction subsidy
We help reduce the first cost of systems and equipment by using Japan's IT introduction subsidy.
Three strengths
01
Shop-floor record in die-making and automation
Years of running automated equipment and systems on the floor, so the introduction is meant to produce a result.
02
Clear screens and support until the floor uses them
Screens that craftspeople can use, plus support until the new way of working stays in place.
03
A practical price, and a subsidy proposal
Pricing that a small plant can consider, plus a plan to lower the investment with a subsidy.
